Unlocking the Afterlife: Steps to Communicating Beyond Life
To Have Afterlife Connections, You Must Learn to Accept Natural Free Unfoldment of Thoughts and Images
This activity is part of the training in how to have afterlife communication at Seek Reality’s nonprofit site dedicated to afterlife research and education: Self Guided. The best option is to go through every stage of the training program, but learning free unfoldment by itself will allow you to have an afterlife communication anytime.
We receive images, thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and messages regularly, throughout the day, from our guides, helpers, and loved ones. However, as a culture, we have lost the ability to acknowledge and process them. It’s easier to do so when we’re being creative, because we want these inspirations that we call “my imagination.” However, in the rest or our lives, we reject the natural unfoldments. We regard them as irrational and unreliable. “It was just my imagination,” we say.
But these unfolding images, thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and messages that are unexpected and outside of our normal thinking are coming from our loved ones, guides, higher selves, and the Source. We are taught by our society not to regard the messages as real or valid, so we don’t listen to them, and we miss many messages from our loved ones, guides, higher selves, and the Source. You can learn to be more sensitive to free unfoldment.
Seek Reality Online has a free online training program that will teach you how to go into a state of relaxation in which you can allow the free unfoldments to occur. It is at Self Guided. The short training exercise that follows will help you learn to allow free unfoldment as a first step in having afterlife communication.
Guide to Afterlife communication: The Content of This Training
- In the first, you will listen to a series of words until you are able to allow free unfoldment.
- In the second, you will say certain words to yourself in your mind and will wait for something to unfold.
- In the third, you will get short responses from someone in the afterlife, allowing free unfoldment to occur.
- In the fourth, you will enter a dialogue with the person.
Activity 1: Learn guide to afterlife communication with free unfoldment for words
The audio that follows has a series of words. As you hear a word, allow the first image or impression come into your mind. Don’t try to imagine something. You must accept whatever comes to you. That is free unfoldment.
You can support this effort to give people the truth about the reality of the afterlife with your $6 contribution.
Each time you heard a word, something should have popped into your mind: a sight, a sense, or some other recognizable sense. It may not have made any sense. That’s fine. It’s free unfoldment.
If you found yourself consciously bringing to mind something, such as for the word “bird” thinking, ‘I’ll imagine a cardinal. That was Mom’s favorite bird,” then that was not free unfoldment. It was you imagining or bringing to memory. What comes must come without your intention to allow something to come. It may be a surprise. You must learn to feel what it is like to have something come to mind without your intention. It just pops up.
If nothing came to mind, then you’re not accustomed to being hyper-sensitive to what comes into your mind. Your consciousness is always active. It never stops, even when you’re being quiet. You’re getting things, but they’re just not registering if you don’t feel like anything is coming. If you’re getting nothing, then you’re just missing what’s there.
If either of these was true (you were making impressions or sights come or nothing came), you still must become sensitive to unfoldment without your control. Go through the exercise again. Go through it as often as necessary until you have free unfoldment come to you. That ability is critical to being able to receive messages from the afterlife.
Activity 2: Say certain words to yourself in your mind and allow something to unfold
When you’re able to allow free unfoldment with the words in the first activity, go on to this activity. You must practice the first activity until you are successful before going on to this activity.
In this activity, say words in your mind that pertain to the person in spirit you want to connect with. For example, say their name. Say the name of the city you lived in together. Say a pet’s name. Do that will 10 words. After you say each word, the first thing that comes to mind is unfoldment. This is not an attempt to connect with someone.
Repeat this activity until you are able to allow free unfoldment successfully with all 10 words.
If you aren’t getting anything even though you were able to have things pop into your mind in the first exercise, you likely are expecting something and are waiting for it to come. For these words as the words in the first exercise, you must relax and allow whatever comes to come. Things will come unless you’re blocking them because of our expectations or your grief. Practice this step until you are able to relax to the point that you have something pop into your mind without your control when you think the word.
If you still have difficulty, go back to the first activity and practice allowing free unfoldment again.
Activity 3: Enter into a yes-no exchange with someone in the afterlife
In this activity, relax into a receptive state of mind and ask very simple questions that require only a one-word response. Begin by asking your loved one to come close to you. Then ask a simple question, such as “John, are you here?” The first notion that unfolds is the response. It will happen immediately. It could be a feeling of “Yes” or could be an image or song or some silly thing like an apple. Whatever it is, allow it to unfold. Stay with it as it unfolds.
When it is finished unfolding, go on to the next statement. “Are you busy in the afterlife?” or other such simple question requiring a “yes” or other response.
Go through at least ten questions, but ask as many of these questions as necessary until you consistently have something unfold.
If nothing unfolds, even though you were able to have things pop into your mind in the first and second exercises, you likely are expecting something dramatic because you’re now asking for a response and are waiting for it to come. For these statements as the words in the first and second exercises, you must relax and allow whatever comes to come. The response is the first notion you have–it comes immediately.
Practice this step until you are able to relax to the point that you have something pop into your mind without your control when you think the word.
If you still have difficulty, go back to the first two activities and practice them. Then come back to this third activity.
Activity 4: Guide to Enter into a dialogue with someone to make afterlife communication
If you’re getting the “yes-no” responses, you’re ready to have a dialogue. After each “yes” or “no” response, there’s a comment you may not have noticed. You just have to get it. It’s a reason for the “yes” or “no.” You will just know it. Why is the person saying “yes” or “no”? That’s the message.
Respond to the message with your own statement. The first thing that comes to mind after that is the response. If nothing comes, ask another yes-no question and get the answer “yes” or “no.” Then ask why again. At some point in this activity, you’ll enter a dialogue.
Repeat this activity until you are able to allow free unfoldment successfully with 10 statements or questions.
If you aren’t getting anything even though you were able to have things pop into your mind in the other exercises, you likely are expecting something and are waiting for it to come. Having a dialogue may create some stress because of your expectations. You must relax and allow whatever comes to come. Things will come unless you’re blocking them because of your expectations or your grief. Practice this step until you are able to relax to the point that you have something pop into your mind without your control when you think the word.
If you still have difficulty, go back to the previous activity and practice allowing free unfoldment again.
If you’re not getting much and feel like you want to give up, say “I’m giving up now” and then enter a relaxed state with no expectations for a few minutes. Notice whatever comes.
