A woman went through the training in how to have an afterlife connection using the free Self-Guided Afterlife Connections procedure at afterlifeinstitute.org/self-guided. As she sat quietly with her eyes closed, she experienced deep relaxation and was taken to a scene in a field near the sea. Her daughter met her there. The two walked to the beach with her daughter’s friends. There they had wonderful experiences together.
The woman’s account of her experience follows.
I experienced deep relaxation along with gentle tingles all over the back of my head. I felt heat/warmth in my face and my right temple. At several points during the experience, there was a series of light pulses or a squeezing of light.I met my daughter in spirit in a field up on a hill near the sea. She took me to change for the beach and we walked down across the field to a beautiful area with two lounge chairs and an umbrella. She went to play on the beach with some friends and I relaxed and watch her laugh and have fun. Then she came and sat with me and we read our books.
The sun began to set and we admired it and watched a sailboat off in the distance; a dolphin jumped up and we commented on it. I saw a carousel in my mind’s eye so we went to have a ride. I could feel a gentle swaying sensation as if we were moving in a circle. She became hungry and we went to get a snack of some french fries. We were at a beachside amusement park that was built in the early 1900s but has been modernized.
