Rob Schwartz is the author of Your Soul’s Plan and Your Soul’s Gift, the two foremost books describing how our Souls planned the circumstances and events that have formed the framework for our lives. Rob and his wife, Liesel, will be offering a seven-week course to help participants cultivate being an empath or sensitive. This is Rob’s description of what will be in the course.
As a hypnotist specializing in Between Lives Soul Regressions in which you can discover what you planned for this lifetime before you were born, and as the author of several books about why we ourselves plan great challenges before we incarnate, I’ve had the opportunity to study many people’s pre-birth plans. In our pre-birth planning sessions on the other side, when we choose our challenges, much of the discussion revolves around a soul-level desire to cultivate and express while in body certain qualities that are very important to the soul. I call these qualities Divine Virtues. When we plan our challenges, we view them as providing both the opportunity and the motivation to cultivate the virtues.
For example, if your pre-birth intention was to cultivate and express compassion, a common pre-birth plan would be to incarnate into a family that would treat you with a profound lack of compassion. This is what I refer to as a learning-through-opposites life plan. The absence of compassion in the external environment is intended to drive you within, where your soul hopes you will eventually cultivate self-compassion. The second half of that plan is to then take the compassion you cultivated and turn it outwards in some form of service to others. Service to others is a component of every single pre-birth plan I have ever seen. It is always there in some form or another, to one degree or another.
Most people are working on two or three Divine Virtues in a lifetime. Occasionally, someone is working on four or five. As far as I know, no one is working on more than five as that would be too much for anyone to take on. The person who is working on four or five virtues almost always has a life filled with trauma.
One of the challenges some people planned before they were born is to be an empath or sensitive. This is a beautiful form of service to our world, but also a difficult undertaking. My wife, Liesel is an empath. She’s talked with me, for example, about how she’ll be shopping at the grocery store, and as she rounds an aisle, she’ll suddenly be hit by a wall of anxiety or depression. Sure enough, it’s the energy of the person approaching her from the other side of the aisle. Liesel adopted the habit of shopping for groceries fifteen minutes before the store closes—when it’s not crowded—as a way of handling her empathy.
Several years ago Liesel opened to channel. She began channeling a collective (a group consciousness) that we affectionately call the Beings of Light. These are very wise, loving, and highly evolved beings whose intention is to be of service to humanity during this time of ascension and The Great Awakening. The Beings of Light taught Liesel how to “merge in and up,” as they put it, before “merging out.” This skill has allowed Liesel to manage her empathy in such a way that she can maintain her vibration when encountering a field of lower vibrational energy. In short, this skill has given her much more peace and serenity in her life.
Liesel and I are going to offer a seven-week course for empaths and sensitives through The Shift Network in March and April. In one of the modules you’ll discover the Divine Virtues you’re cultivating through the experience of being an empath or sensitive. That’s very valuable information to have as it allows you to cultivate those virtues in a much more conscious and much less painful manner. The broader intention of the course is to help you better understand your unique gifts as an empath or sensitive and how you may best activate them in service to humanity and Gaia. We hope you’ll join us.
